Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check In: 14:00:00 (2pm)
Check Out: 10:00:00 (10am)

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We will require a valid credit detail to be recorded upon check in, or alternatively $200 cash bond will be required.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Check in is available 24 hours – please advise arrival time when booking and we can advise you of the procedure

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late Check out is available however can not be confirmed until 24 hours prior to departure

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

If booking direct we require a deposit on booking

If booking on the web a $150 deposit is required to be paid at time of booking except during high season and school holidays where a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. Please note that eTourism Holidays, our booking agent, will take an 11% deposit at time of booking when booking online. This 11% is included within the full price quoted and is not an additional charge

Q: What are the reception hours?

Mon - Fri 8:30AM to 5PM

Sat 8:30AM to 3PM

Sun 8:30AM to 11AM

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes all Tours / Cruises and Theme Park tickets are available from reception.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

We have Wi-Fi available from the rooms (fees apply) and we have the internet kiosk that is open 24 hours a day located in the reception area.

All parking is FREE of charge. We even have extra parking for Boats and caravans.

All 1 bedroom apartments have undercover allocated car parking, and studios have plenty open air car parking available.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen is supplied in all room types.  

Beach Towels are available for hire for a small fee

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

All Units / Studios are serviced on a weekly basis only. 

You must stay more than 7 nights to receive a cleaning service.  

Fresh linen / towels are available from reception for a small fee when required.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Our pool is solar heated during the cooler months

Q: How close is Coolangatta?

Coolangatta Airport is approximately 15 min drive

Coolangatta Central  / Tweed Heads is approximately 20 min drive

Bus transfers are available

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Steps away at The Pine shopping centre you will find:

Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart, Coffee Shops, Bakery, Butcher, Fruit & Veg Market, KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Sushi Train & Subway.

Also walking distance to local Sport's Club Bistro, and minutes drive to the Currumbin RSL, Palm Beach Hotel and the Currumbin Vikings Surf Club.

Courtesy buses are available to Currumbin RSL and Currumbin Vikings Surf Club.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Available from The Pine Shopping Centre. Direct buses to Robina Town Centre, Coolangatta Airport, Vasity Lakes Train Station and Currumbin Wildlife Sancutary.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

We are located next door to The Pines Shopping Centre – hours: 8.30am – 9pm  Mon to Friday  8.30am – 6pm Sat and 10am – 6pm Sunday.
