Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check In: 14:00:00 (2pm)
Check Out: 10:00:00 (10am)

Q: Is the pool heated?

Our pool is solar heated during the cooler months

Q: How close is Coolangatta?

Coolangatta Airport is approximately 15 min drive

Coolangatta Central  / Tweed Heads is approximately 20 min drive

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes all Tours / Cruises and Theme Park tickets are available from reception.

Q: Do you do after hours checkins?

Check in is available 24 hours – please advise arrival time when booking and we can advise you of the procedure

Q: Can I get a late checkout?

Late Check out is available however can not be confirmed until 24 hours prior to departure

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

If booking direct we require a deposit on booking

If booking on the web FULL payment is due on booking. Please note that eTourism Holidays, our booking agent will take an 11% deposit at time of booking when booking online.

Q: Is there car parking at the property?

All units have undercover allocated car parking – If booking a studio there is open air car parking available.

All parking is FREE of charge. We even have extra parking for Boats and caravans.

Q: Do you have internet facilities?

We have Wi-Fi available from the rooms (fees apply) and we have the internet kiosk that is open 24 hours a day located in the reception area.
