Getting To Bay of Palms Resort
By CAR
From Brisbane (north), travel time is approximately 1.5 hours.
Travel south on the Gateway Arterial/ Pacific Highway. Follow Gold Coast signs and continue through Nerang. Take Exit #93 - Currumbin, Elanora Exit. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Guineas Creek Road and then at the 2nd set of lights, turn right again into Coolgardie Street. Bay of Palms Resort is located at the botton of the driveway, just behind the small roundabout.
From Coolangatta (south), travel time is approximately 15 minutes.
Travel north past Coolangatta Airport. Keep in left hand lanes to take the Pacific Highway and continue along the Pacific Highway. Take exit # 93 - K.P. McGrath Drive, Elanora Exit and continue along K.P. McGrath Drive. Shopping centre will be on your right. Turn right at the traffic lights 'T' intersection into Guineas Creek Road and then at the next set of lights, turn right again into Coolgardie Street. Bay of Palms Resort is located at the botton of the driveway, just behind the small roundabout.
By TRAIN
From Brisbane / Brisbane Airport, you can take the Airtrain which departs at around 12 minutes past each hour. Fare costs at about $30 per adult. Depart at Varsity Lakes Train Station then take the Taxi Rank from the station to Bay of Palms. Fare costs at about $20. Travel time is approximately 2 hours.
There are no trains from NSW.
Guests at Bay of Palms can book direct with Airtrain at the station.
By COACH
Coach from Brisbane/ Brisbane Airport would cost about $40 one way and $75 on return per adult. Travel time is approximately 1.5 hours. You may book with the Reservations at Bay of Palms Resort.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your reservation a $50.00 administration fee will be charged if cancellation is made prior to 14 days of arrival. Cancellation within 14 days (30 days for High Season bookings) of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all monies held for the booking. We unable to give refunds if you decide to leave prior to your departure date. All tariffs are quoted and accepted before check-in.
Deposit Policy:
At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged AUD 31.03 by eTourism Holidays and a further $150 by Bay of Palms Resort, except during high season and school holidays where a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. This is the total deposit required to be paid today to confirm the booking. This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival at Bay of Palms Resort.

Late Arrival:
If you arrive outside our office hours, you will need to collect your keys and room details from the safe located at reception. Please use the handset next to the safe; just lift receiver and wait for the operator. Please come to reception the following morning to register.
Car Parking:
All 1 and 2 bedroom units have allocated car parks (same as the unit number) Studio units have unallocated parks located at the front of reception.
Air Conditioning:
Most of our units are air-conditioned, there is however a fee of $5 per night for the use of this. Please inform reception prior to arrival if you require air-conditioning.
