This popular event sees hundreds of paddlers take to the water with two exciting courses that run from the Southport Seaway to Tallebudgera Beach and Kirra Beach to Snapper Rocks. The Gold Coast Classic Ocean Race, which takes place yearly, is open to all paddlers and includes events in Ocean Ski, Stand Up, Prone, and Outrigger paddling. There will be a southbound (Southport Seaway to Tallebudgera Beach) and northbound course (Kirra Beach to Snapper Rocks) to participate in, each offering a fantastic experience with lots of beautiful Gold Coast scenery and landmarks to see along the way.
