The much-anticipated Brisbane Italian food and wine festival that all began in 2007 finally descends on the iconic foreshores of Broadbeach, to highlight the famous festival’s milestone anniversary.
Starting this year, Queenslanders and holiday goers can party in true Italian fashion while basking in the picturesque sand and sea. In an effort to promote and preserve Italian culture, the festival organisers are inviting everyone to be part of the first-ever Gold Coast Italian Festival on Broadbeach from the 26th (10:30 AM to 10:30 PM) to the 27th (10:30 AM to 8 PM) of March 2016.
Swing by Pratten Park for an all-Italian feast. You can order the tastiest wood fired pizza and pasta your tastebuds will ever encounter. Get limitless helpings of your favourite gelato. Sample some of the best Italian wines coming from many regions around Italy. For an entrance fee of only $7, you will experience Broadbeach’s version of Italy. If you are bringing your little tikes with you, no worries because kids under 12 get in for free!
