Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your reservation, there is no fee involve if cancellation is made prior to 14 days of arrival. Cancellation within 14 days (30 days for High Season bookings) of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all monies held for the booking. We are unable to give refunds if you decide to leave prior to your departure date. All tariffs are quoted and accepted before check-in.

Deposit Policy: 

At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged AUD $150 as deposit, except during high season and school holidays where a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. This is the total deposit required to be paid to confirm the booking. This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival at Bay of Palms Resort.

Please note that Bay of Palms will now be doing a Pre-Authorisation of $150 on all arriving guests.

Late Arrival:

If you arrive outside our office hours, you will need to collect your keys and room details from the safe located at reception. Please use the handset next to the safe; just lift receiver and wait for the operator. Please come to reception the following morning to register.

Car Parking:

All 1 and 2 bedroom units have allocated car parks (same as the unit number) Studio units have unallocated parks located at the front of reception.
